1. Acceptance of Terms and conditions
By accessing and using the Qitup marketplace platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. User Accounts
You must create an account to sell products on Qitup. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
3. Products and Pricing
Vendors are solely responsible for accuracy of the product details, stock count, and pricing structures published. Qitup reserves the right to remove any listings containing incorrect pricing details, low-quality documentation, or malicious formatting injections.
4. Prohibited Content & Security
To maintain marketplace integrity, vendors are strictly prohibited from submitting any script tags, HTML injection payloads, or cross-site scripting inputs. All text fields are verified upon submission, and accounts violating these rules are subject to immediate administrative suspension.
5. Service Fees & Payouts
Platform commissions are automatically deducted from the final sale price. Direct payout settlements are handled securely via Stripe. Incomplete Stripe registration or bank accounts with mismatched validation details will temporarily restrict payout capabilities.
6. Termination of Service
Qitup reserves the right to terminate vendor listings or restrict access to the dashboard at its sole discretion in cases of system misuse, selling prohibited goods, or failure to fulfill verified customer orders.
